Turmeric latte

Turmeric is very healthy, it prevents cancer and diabetes and is good for circulation and the heart among other things.

Heat up the oven to 200 degrees C. Peel and slice the onion. Slice the pepper. Fry onion and pepper in the oil a few minutes. Put in a greased oven tin. Add the potatoes. Whish together eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into the tin. Cook for 20-30 minutes until firm and golden. Serve with a salad or some serrano ham....
