This week is waffle day in Sweden. Make a savory waffle with taco flavors. I'm starting to dream about the next trip abroad. During Easter it will finally happen if all plans goes well. Pretty soon it will probably feel safe to travel again. After two years without any travels outside Sweden this feels great and the menu this week is with inspiration from all over the world. Also checkout the travel page for more inspirations from my travels.

Now it is really harvest times and an all vegetarian menu is a great harvest fiesta. It is also good to do some detoxing when entering the autumn, according to Ayurveda. The Swedish cinnamon bun day on October the 4th calls for a recipe of tasty sticky buns.

This weeks menu contains warming recipes. Make a yummy toffee pie as dessert. A good idea is to buy a little extra of your favorite ingrediency and make several dishes with that.

Now pumpkin is in season. This lovely vegetable which can be used in so many ways. Use it in cooking, a few of the recipes in this weeks menu contains pumpkin. Or use it in baking, for example in a focaccia.

The summer is coming to an end. Fruits and berries are being ripe. I have been given plums this year, so I make food with plums.

The summer is not yet over however a lot of us are back from the summer vacation. Now is the time to enjoy your own produce and herbs which helps keep that summer feeling and flavors. For example make your own herbal salt with lavender.

This week menu is the last before the summer vacation. The menus are back after the summer.
