Zucchini fritters

1 kg zucchini
1,5 tea spoon salt
1 red onion
a bundle of menthe
1 tbsp chopped dill
2 egg
1 tea spoon baking powder
2 dl flour
150 g feta
black pepper
Grate the zucchini and add 1 tea spoon salt. Leave for 15 minutes. Remove the liquids. Chop onion and menthe. Mix zucchini, onion, menthe, egg, baking powder and crumbled feta and 0,5 tea spoons salt and pepper. Add flour a little at the time so the mixture is not too dry. Form fritters of the mixture and fry in oil until golden. Serve with veggies, some ham or cottage cheese.
