Warming stew

300 g mushrooms
700 g pork tenderloin
2 red onions
1 pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 piece fresh ginger
3 dl crème fraiche
2 dl apple juice
2 tbsp meat stock
2 tbsp Japanese soy
2 tea spoons sesame oil
1 tea spoon sambal oelek

Clean and cut the mushrooms in smaller pieces. Fry the mushrooms in some oil in a stew pot. When golden put on a plate. Clean the meat and cut in slices. Fry until fried all over and put and a plate. Cut the pepper and onions and fry in the same pot. Grate garlic and ginger and add to the pot. Fry for a few minutes. Boil the rice. Add crème fraiche, apple juice, stock, soy, sesame oil and sambal oelek. Add the meat and the mushrooms. Let boil for 10 minutes. Serve the warming stew with the rice.
