Warm sandwich cake

Swedish sandwich cake is a festive cake which is like a smorgasbord on a cake. Usually it contains salmon, scrimps. crème fraiche and vegetables. This recipe is a warm version.
1,5 pack large bread of the kind Hönö, sandwich bread can also be used
1 dl double cream
2 dl grated cheese
1 leek
100 g fresh spinach
2 pack bacon or 200 g ham
2 dl crème fraiche
1 tea spoon smoked paprika
tomatoes
salt and pepper
Heat up the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Rinse and cut the leek in 0,5 cm thick slices. Cut the bacon or the ham in pieces fry the leek and the bacon or ham in a frying pan. Pour in the cream and the crème fraiche. Add the spinach. Season with paprika, a little salt and pepper. Let boil for 5-7 minutes. Place two halves of the bread on tray with baking paper. Pour 1/3 of the cream over. Place two new halves of the bread over. Pour 1/3 of the cream between. Add the final layer of bread and the rest of the cream. Slice tomatoes and place on top. Sprinkle over the grated cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
