Turmeric latte

Turmeric is very healthy, it prevents cancer and diabetes and is good for circulation and the heart among other things.

0,5 dl water

2 dl milk, for example almond milk

1,5 ml turmeric

a pinch of salt

1 ml cardamom

1 ml cinnamon

1 tea spoon honey

0,5 ml vanilla powder

Pour all ingrediencies except the milk in a saucepan. Heat up and whisk. When boiling add the milk and keep whisking. When the milk starts to fume the latte is ready. Pour in a cup or glass. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
