Spring is coming and the light is returning to the northern parts of the world. You would think the light gets you more energized. But some people actually gets more fatigue during the spring. Enjoy the bright mornings and evenings. One way to get more energized is through the food. Eat warming, energetic food that's not to heavy. Finish off one of the dinners with a coffee dessert.
