Super yummy apple cake

150 g butter

1,5 dl sugar

3 dl flour

2 tsk baking powder

1,5 dl milk

150 g almond paste

2-3 apples

cinnamon

nuts, for example hazel or pecan

Heat up the oven to 175 degrees C. Butter a spring tin and cover with bread crumbs. Melt the butter and add the sugar. Let cool. Peel and slice the apples. Mix flour and baking powder and add to the mixture together with the milk. Coarsely grate the almond paste and add. Pour the mixture in the tin and put the apples over. Dust over cinnamon and chopped nuts. Bake for 30 minutes. The cake should be a little sticky. Serve with custard or ice cream.
