Stew from heaven

600 g pork tenderloin
2 packs bacon
10 mushrooms
1 onion
butter
2 dl crème fraiche
3 dl double cream
2 tbsp Chinese soy
1 beef stock dice
2 tsk tomato puree
2 tsk sambal oelek
1 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
Slice the meat. Cut bacon, mushrooms and onion in small pieces. Fry the meat in a pot in butter and place on a plate. Fry bacon, mushrooms and onion in the pot together with tomato pure. Add the meat, crème fraiche, cream, soy, stock and sambal oelek. Boil for 10 minutes. Mx the flour with a little water and stir into the stew. Bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the stew with rice, potatoes or a green salad.
