Spanish tortilla

1 onion

1 pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

6 eggs

150 g grated cheese

300 g sliced boiled potatoes

salt and pepper

Heat up the oven to 200 degrees C. Peel and slice the onion. Slice the pepper. Fry onion and pepper in the oil a few minutes. Put in a greased oven tin. Add the potatoes. Whish together eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into the tin. Cook for 20-30 minutes until firm and golden. Serve with a salad or some serrano ham.
