Seeds crackers

1 dl sunflower seeds
1 dl sesame seeds, black and white
0,5 dl pumpkin seeds
0,5 dl linseeds
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp psyllium seed flour
2,5 dl hot water
1 tbsp olive oil
0,5 tea spoon salt

Heat up the oven to 150 degrees C. Mix all seeds, almond flour, psyllium seed flour and salt in a bowl. Boil the water and the oil. Pour over the seeds and stir. Pour on to a tray with baking paper. Spread out to about 0,5 cm thick. Sprinkle over poppy seeds and sea salt. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Take out and cut squares. Turn off the oven and put the tray back for 30 minutes.
