Salmon with Västerbotten cheese and almonds

700 g salmon filet
75 g Västerbotten cheese or parmensan
75 g almonds
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped tarragon
salt
25 g butter
Heat up the oven to 200 degrees C. Place the salmon in an oven tray. Grate the cheese. Mix cheese, almonds and herbs with a stick mixer. Salt the salmon and spread over the cheese mixture. Thinly slice the butter and place on top. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with rice and a salad.
