Salmon with cabbage

4 pieces of salmon
200 g cabbage
1 onion
2 spring onions
50 g almonds
3 dl double cream
salt and pepper
Heat up the oven to 175 degrees C. Cut the cabbage in quite large pieces. Peel and slice the onion and the spring onions. Chop the almonds. Place cabbage and onion in an oven tray and sprinkle over the almonds and add salt and pepper. Pour over the cream. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Place the salmon on top of the cabbage and salt the fish. Cook for another 10 minutes. Server with boiled potatoes or a green salad.
