Quinoa salad

A light salad to eat with some barbequed chicken or fried salmon filet.
2 dl quinoa
1 dl chopped parsley
1 dl chopped menthe
0,5 dl olive oil
0,5 lemon
3 dl green peas
150 g feta
70 g radish
0,5 dl sunflower seeds
salt and pepper
Boil quinoa and let cool. Mix with herbs, oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Mix in peas, crumbled feta and sliced radishes. Sprinkle over sunflower seeds.
