Puff pastry pizza with apple

1 roll premade puff pastry
125 g ricotta
1 apple
100 g blue cheese
50 g kale
olive oil
1 dl walnuts
1 tbsp honey
Heat up the oven to 225 degrees C. Roll out the puff pastry on a tray. Spread the ricotta on top. Remove the pits from the apple and slice thinly. Place the apple slices on the pizza. Crumble the blue cheese and spread over. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Chop the kale and mix with some oil. Take the pizza out of the oven and sprinkle over kale and walnuts. Bake for another 5 - 10 minutes until golden. Drizzle over honey.
