Pork curry

800 g pork tenderloin

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

0,5 dl water

1 vegetable stock dice

1 tbsp garam masala

3 dl double cream

2 carrots

0,5 cauliflower

1 apple

3 dl raisins

3 dl rice

Cut the meat in pieces. Peel and cut the onion and garlic. Fry meat, garlic, onion and garam masala. Boil the rice. Pour the water, stock and cream in the curry and boil for 10 minutes. Peel the carrots and cut carrots and cauliflower in smaller pieces. Put them in the curry and boil for another 5-10 minutes. Cut the apple in small pieces and add to the curry. Mix the rice with the raisins.
