Nectarin pizza
This time of the year nectarines and peaches are very nice. They are suitable to make a pizza.
Pizza dough
Use prebought pizza dough or make one like this:
50 g yeast
1 tea spoon salt
3 dl water (37 degrees C)
1 tbsp olive oil
6 dl flour
Resolve the yeast in the water and add the rest of the ingrediencies. Kneed by hand or in a machine until the dough is elastic. Let rise for 1 hour.
Tomato sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 can tomatoes
1 tea spoon oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Grate the garlic. Add tomatoes, garlic, oil and spices in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and mix with a stick mixer until smooth.
Pizza
2 mozzarella (125 g each)
4 nectarines or peaches
200 g goat cheese
50 g pine nuts
3 tbsp honey
Heat up the oven to 225 degrees C. Split the dough in four. Roll out. Spread tomato sauce and mozzarella. Bake in 10 minutes. Slice the nectarines and place on the pizzas. Sprinkle goat cheese and pine nuts. Bake for another 5 minutes. Drizzle over honey and serve.
