Minty chocolate cake

150 g butter

2,5 dl sugar

3/4 dl cacao

2 tsk vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

1 3/4 dl flour

3 eggs

20 thin minty chocolate biscuits (in Sweden called After Eight)

Heat up the oven to 180 degrees. Melt the butter. Mix all the dry ingrediencies in a bowl. Add the butter and the eggs and stir. Pour in a square tin and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cover the cake with minty chocolate biscuits when the cake is still warm. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
