Menu inspired by plums

The summer is coming to an end. Fruits and berries are being ripe. I have been given plums this year, so I make food with plums.
Monday: Cod and bacon with mash
Tuesday: Gratin with minced meat and egg plant
Wednesday: Chicken with ajvar relish
Thursday: Cauliflower risotto
Friday: Ajoblanco with plums
Saturday: Pork tenderloin in Marsala wine
