Meat loaf

400 g minced meat, mix of beef and pork
200 g minced chicken
2 dl milk
1 egg
1 tbsp Dijon
10 small pickled cucumber
salt and pepper

Heat up the oven to 175 degrees C. Grease a bread tin. Mix minced meats, milk, mustard, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl. Fill the tin to a third and place half of the cucumbers over. Fill to 2/3 and place the rest of the cucumber over. Fill the rest of the tin. Cook the meat loaf in the oven for 1 - 1,5 hour. The inner temperature shall be over 70 degrees C. Serve in slices with a salad.
