Lasagna in the slow cooker
To cook using a slow cooker saves time and it's nice to come home to a ready meal after work. Lasagna is not something you usually have time to cook in the middle of the week. But with this recipe and a little preparation it is possible.
4 portions sauce Bolognese of your own recipe. Make the day before.
olive oil
10 lasagna sheets
500 g mascarpone cheese
4 dl milk
300 g grated cheese
Mix mascarpone, milk and cheese to a white sauce. The sauce will be a bit lumpy, don't worry. Grease the inside of the slow cooker with some olive oil. Place a layer of Bolognese in the bottom and add some white sauce. Cover with lasagna sheets. Make another two layers. Finish with white sauce. Turn on the slow cooker on low heat for 2-3 hours. Keep warm until served.
