Kale soup

500 g kale

1 apple

2 charlottes

1 clove of garlic

1 tbsp butter

3 tbsp flour

1 l water

1 vegetable stock dice

3 dl double cream

Boil a large saucepan of salted water. Chop the kale and boil for a few minutes. Chop the onion and garlic and apple. Fry in butter and add the kale. Pour over the flour and pour in a little water. Stir until the flour is resolved. Pour in the rest of the water and add the stock and cream. Boil for 5 minutes and mix with a stick mixer. Add salt and pepper.
