Indian lentil pancakes

These pancakes with Indian flavors are full of protein.

2 dl flour

5 dl milk

3 eggs

300 g boiled red lentils, drained

1 tea spoon turmeric

1 tea spoon salt

Whisk the flour and half of the milk to an even batter. Add the rest of the ingrediencies whisk. Fry the pancakes in ghee or butter. Server with fat yoghurt and mango chutney.
