I've previously posted about Ayurveda. This ancient Indian medicine is a lot about food. For me as a Pita dominant person vegetarian food with less spices is good. This weeks menu is almost all vegetarian and with mild, healthy recipes.  

Monday: Sushi salad

Tuesday: Lentils soup with menthe

Wednesday: Lentil balls with dill yoghurt

Thursday: Malaysian paneer

Friday: Salmon with rice noodle salad

Saturday: Cauliflower burger
