Gratin with minced meat and egg plant

2 egg plants
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
500 g minced meat
4 boiled eggs
150 g mozzarella
1 can crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper
olive oil
Heat up the oven to 200 degrees C. Boil the eggs. Slice the egg plant lengthwise and sprinkle salt over. Let the egg plant release the liquids for 10 minutes. Dry off with paper. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil. Add the minced meat and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the eggs in half. Slice the mozzarella. Make layers of egg plant, minced meat, eggs and mozzarella in a tray. Save mozzarella for the last layer. Pour over the tomatoes. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
