Goat cheese pie with figs

1 roll premade pie dough
400 g goats cheese
200 g cream cheese
2 dl crème fraiche
3 eggs
4 fresh figs
100 g pine nuts
Heat up the oven to 200 degrees C. Press the dough in a pie tin. Prebake for 10 minutes. Mix crumbled goat cheese, cream cheese and crème fraiche in a bowl. Add the eggs one at the time. Pour the mixture in the pie crust. Cut the figs in wedges and place in the pie. Sprinkle over the pine nuts. Bake for 30 minutes.
