Finish Christmas tarts

The second week in advent the desire for Christmas flavors starts to awake. A sandwich with Christmas ham, mustard and a Christmas soda seems very right. I like to bake these Finish Christmas tarts for the Finish day of independence on December 6th. The menu this week is also inspired by Christmas flavors: saffron, salmon, Christmas soda and other delicious things.
