Filo dough rolls (16 pcs)
These crispy rolls are great with a glass of wine or maybe with some gluhwein in December.
150 g feta
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp chopped menthe
chili flakes
1 eggs
salt and pepper
4 sheets filo dough
olive oil
1 tbsp black and white sesame seeds
Heat up the oven to 225 degrees C. Place a baking paper on a tray. Crumble the feta in a bowl. Add yoghurt, menthe, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Stir and crack the egg in the bowl and stir to an even mixture. Place one filo dough sheet on the counter. Cut in four. Brush the edges with olive oil. Place a string of feta cream on one side of each sheet. Fold in the edges and roll to a roll. Place on the tray. Continue with the rest of the sheets. Brush all rolls with olive oil and sprinkle over sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
