Farmers soup

A rustic and filling soup
100 g beans
1 onion
1 zucchini
2 carrots
2 large potatoes
100 g kale
4 slices of bacon
olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
oregano
pepper
2 dices of stock
100 g pasta, for minestrone
branch of basil
Chop the onion. Cut carrots, potatoes, zucchini and kale in smaller pieces. Dice the bacon. Fry bacon and onion in the olive oil for a few minutes. Add bacon, onion, vegetables and beans to a pot. Grate and add the garlic. Season with pepper and oregano. Fry for a few minutes. Add 1,5 liter water and add the stock. Boil for 20 minutes. Pour in the pasta and boil for another 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle over chopped basil.
