Taco waffles

4 - 6 waffles

2 dl wheat flour

2 dl corn flour

2,5 dl milk

2 tea spoons baking powder

2 eggs

0,5 tea spoon salt

Whisk the flour and the milk to an even mixture. Add the eggs and the salt and whisk. Start to make the waffles. As filling for the tacos I used taco seasoned minced beef, lettuce, sweet corn, tomatoes, cheese, onion and taco sauce.
