Stracciatella with burrata and citrus (4p)

A beautiful starter that everyone around the table share. 

2 burrata or mozzarella

0,5 dl fat yoghurt

0,5 tea spoon sea salt

black pepper

1 blood orange

0,5 red chili or chili flakes

1 dl capers

2 table spoons roasted pine or pistachio nuts

2 table spoons olive oil

Green herbs basil or parsley

Cut the cheese in small pieces and mix with the yoghurt. Spread on a large plate. Season with salt, pepper and chili. Peel the orange and slice in thin slices. Spread over the cheese. Sprinkle capers, nuts and olive oil on top together with the green herbs. Serve and enjoy.
