Salmon burger with guacamole (4p)

1 chili
1 dl fresh coriander
2 avocados
1 lime
500 g salmon
2 spring onions
1 red pepper
1 table spoon mayonnaise
1 dl flour
oil
salt and pepper
4 burger buns
lettuce
2 tomatoes
bbq sauce
2 corn cobs
Mix the avocado, chili, coriander and lime juice to a sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Mince the salmon with spring onions and pepper in a mixer. Add the flour and the mayonnaise and make burgers. Add more flour if needed. Brush the burgers with oil. Barbeque or fry the burgers in a pan. Barbeque the corn. Slice the tomatoes and lettuce. Serve the burgers in buns with lettuce, tomatoes, bbq sauce, guacamole and the corn on the side.
