Rosemary and pink gin

Make a syrup by boiling up 3 dl sugar and 3 dl water. Put a branch of fresh rosemary and set aside to rest for at least one hour.
Mix the syrup with 2 squeezed blood grapefruits and 4 cl pink gin. I like Malfy from Sicily in the picture. Pour the drink in a glass filled with ice and top with some sparkling water and garnish with fresh rosmary,
