Rhubarb chicken

500 g chicken thigh filet
1 tea spoon salt
1 table spoon butter
200 g rhubarb
2 dl double cream
2 table spoons honey
2 table spoons chicken stock
0,5 tea spoon sambal oelek
1 garlic clove
0,5 dl chopped chives
Heat up the oven to 225 degrees Celsius. Salt the chicken. Cut the rhubarb in pieces. Place the chicken and the rhubarb in an oven tray. Whisk the rest of the ingrediencies together to a sauce and pour over the chicken. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Serve with rice or potato.
