Ramen (4p)
300 g pork sirloin
200 g mushrooms
1 table spoon sesame oil
3 table spoon soy
1 l water
1 dice chicken broth
0,5 dl fish sauce
1 table spoon sugar
4 eggs
250 g noodles (I like Shirataki noodles with low carb)
1 table spoon sesame seeds
3 spring onions
Fresh coriander
Heat up the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Slice the sirloin and put in a bowl with sesame oil and 1 spoon of soy. Place in a narrow tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Mix the water, broth, fish sauce, sugar and the rest of the soy in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the juice from the meat and add the noodles. Boil the eggs in a separate saucepan. Slice the mushroom if they are big and fry in some oil. Slice the spring onion. Serve meat, noodles, eggs, broth and mushrooms in a bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander and sesame seeds.
