Potato salad

This simple potato salad can be accompanied by smoked fish or cured meat, barbequed meat or salmon for example.
700 g potatoes
4 spring onions
100 radishes
2 table spoon mustard
4 table spoons olive oil
1 can capers
salt and pepper
chives
Peel and boil the potatoes. Make a dressing with the mustard, olive oil and some water, salt and pepper. Slice the spring onions and the radishes. When the potatoes are done cut them in cubes and add to the dressing. Do this while the potatoes are warm. Add the spring onions, radishes and capers. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Cut some chives and sprinkle on top.
