Pasta with artichoke sauce (4p)

Pasta for 4 portions, I prefer pappardelle

2 can of preserved artichokes

2 garlic clove

3 dl double cream

Fresh basil

Lemon juice

Parmesan cheese

Boil the pasta. Put the artichokes, garlic and cream in a saucepan. Heat up until boiling and boil for three minutes. Turn off the heat and add basil leaves, lemon juice, salt and pepper and half a deciliter of pasta water. Mix the sauce with a stick mixer until smooth. Pour over the freshly boiled pasta. Add parmesan cheese on top.
