Pasta carbonara with kale (4p)

500 g of your favorite pasta
1 onion
100 g kale
5 dl double cream
2 eggs
300 g ham
25 g sundried tomatoes
100 g parmesan cheese
salt, pepper
olives
Boil up the pasta water. Peel and slice the onion and the kale. Fry the onion and the kale for 5 minutes. Place in a large bowl or saucepan. Slice the ham and the sundried tomatoes and put in the same bowl. Grate the parmesan When the pasta is al dente pour the water from the pasta and put the pasta, eggs, cream and cheese in the bowl and stir around until all is mixed. Add salt and pepper and some extra parmesan on top. Serve with olives. This dish is perfect for lunch the next day as it only gets better heated up.
