Paella (4p)

This a quick way to make a paella, although not the traditional way. Perfect for everyday cooking. If you like something else than shrimps and mussels it easy to replace with chicken, salmon or something else.

5 dl rice

4 chorizo

3 peppers

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

200 g cherry tomatoes

200 g shrimps

200 g mussels

2 dl green peas

1 g saffron

vegetable stock

fresh parsley

Cook the rice in the stock and the saffron according to the time on the pack. Cut chorizo, peppers, onion and garlic in slices. Fry for 7 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes, the cooked rice, shrimps, peas and mussels. Heat up and decorate with parsley.
