Tonight I remember this lunch in Skanör I had last summer. Moule frites, aioli and rose wine in a restaurant on the beach. Can you want any else on a warm summer day in Sweden.

As spring is arriving I usually make plans for the summer vacation. This year as well as last year the plans have certain restrictions. I will probably stay in Sweden if the Covid situation is the same as last year. Last year me and the family spent a week in south of Sweden, Österlen. There are lots of nice small villages, great beaches and the food was great. Maybe I will go back this year.

The picture is from Kivik in Sweden. In the south of Sweden, Österlen, there are small villages like Kivik. In the autumn there is an apple festival in Kivik. Outside the village you can find Kiviks Musteri a factory for apple cider and juice. See the process of making the cider and juice, shop apple items in the shop and have lunch or a coffee at the lovely restaurant/cafe.
