Mango beef (4p)

400 g steak from beef, sliced thinly
100 g ramen noodles
1 mango
100 g bean sprouts
2 spring onions
4 table spoons fish sauce
3 table spoons sugar
2 table spoons soya
2 garlic cloves, pressed or grated
1 lime, grated zest and juice
1 chili, chopped
1 charlotte, finely chopped
0,5 lemon grass, chopped
2 gem salad
fresh coriander
Make a marinade of the fish sauce, sugar, soya, garlic, lime, chili, charlotte and lemon grass. Let the meat marinate in the half of the marinade for at least 1 hour. Boil the noodles. Slice the mango and spring onion and let mango, spring onion and bean sprouts marinate in the rest of the marinade. Fry the meat. Serve the meat and veggies in bowls of gem salad. Decorate with coriander.
