Lentil burgers (4p)

175 g quinoa

250 g lentils

1 onion

2 carrots

1 garlic clove

fresh or dried menthe

1 egg

1 tea spoon cumin

1 tea spoon curry powder

150 g feta cheese

1-3 dl flour

salt and black pepper

Boil the quinoa and the lentil according to the packs. Let cool. Peel the onion, carrots and garlic and cut into smaller pieces. In a mixer mix the onion, garlic and carrots. Add the menthe, egg, cumin, curry powder and feta cheese and mix to a smooth mixture. Blend the mixture with the quinoa and the lentils and 1 dl flour. Let sit for 10 minutes. Try to make a ball of the mixture. If it falls apart add more flour. Make balls and flatten to burgers. Fry for 4 minutes per side in a pan with oil. Serve with veggies, buns, rice or bulgur.
