Key Lime Pie

1 can condensed sweet milk

4 limes, zest and juice

3 tea spoons vanilla sugar

2 egg yolks

1 egg

80 g butter

250 g cookies or biscuits

2 dl double cream

Heat up the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Mix the condensed milk, lime juice and lime zest from 3 limes with the vanilla sugar. Gently stir in the egg and the egg yolks. Set aside. Melt the butter. Run the cookies or biscuits in a mixer and add the melted butter and make a crumble dough. Cover a pan (32 x 25 cm) with baking paper and make a crust of the crumble. Press with the back of a spoon. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Take out the crust and pour in the filling and bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool and set in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. Whip the cream and cover the pie with cream and zest from lime.
