Japanese pancake (4p)
This is almost like okonomiyaki, a Japanese pancake but made in the oven.
300 g red cabbage
300 potato
1 onion
2,5 dl flour
6 dl milk
3 eggs
1 tea spoon salt
3 table spoons teriyaki sauce
200 g bacon (optional)
0,5 dl furikake (black and white sesame seeds mixed with alga, nori e.g)
coriander
Heat up the oven to 225 degrees Celsius. Peel the potatoes and the onion. Slice the cabbage, potato and onion and fry in a pan for 5-10 minutes. Place the vegetables on a baking paper on an oven tray. Whisk the flour and half of the milk together and add the eggs. Add the rest of the milk and the salt. Pour the pancake batter onto the tray. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Cut the bacon in small pieces and fry in a pan and let drip off on some paper. Take the pancake out of the oven and brush with teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle bacon, furikake and coriander over.
