Fried Rice (2p)

This is the best leftover dish. Use leftover rice and which ever vegetables you have, e.g. cabbage, kale, cauliflower, peppers, onions or spring onions.

3 dl boiled white rice

1 table spoon coconut oil

1 egg

1 garlic clove

1 small piece fresh ginger

200 g vegetables

1 table spoon fish sauce

1 tea spoon sesame oil

chili flakes or 1 tea spoon siracha

Slice the vegetables thinly. Fry the vegetables and grated garlic and ginger in the coconut oil for two minutes. Add the rice, fish sauce, sesame oil and the egg and stir. Season with chili, siracha and extra salt if needed.
