1 grilled chicken

100 g bacon

2 bananas

1 onion

3 dl double cream

2 table spoons chili sauce or ketchup

1 table spoon curry powder

1 dl peanuts

Heat up the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Peel and cut the onion. Fry the onion until soft. Cut the bacon in smaller pieces. Fry the bacon. Separate the chicken into small pieces and remove the bones. Slice the banana. Place the chicken, fried onion, banana and bacon in a gratin form. Pour the cream, chili sauce or ketchup and the curry in a pot and whish lightly. Pour the cream sauce over the ingrediencies in the form and sprinkle peanuts on top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with white rice or salad.
