Chicken with sage and pancetta (6p)

This is a tasty and low carb recipe.
1 chicken or 1 kg chicken legs
200 g pancetta or bacon
1 bundle of sage
2 table spoons butter
250 ml chicken stock
150 g mushroom
2,5 dl double cream
salt and pepper
Heat up the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the chicken in an oven tray. Sprinkle the pancetta and half of the sage. Rub the butter onto the chicken. Salt and pepper. Pour over the stock. Cook in the oven for 1 hour (whole chicken) or 30 minutes (chicken legs). Take out of the oven and add the mushroom and the cream. Cook for another 20 to 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Sprinkle over the rest of the sage. Serve with a salad.
