Cauliflower bhaji

1 cauliflower
2 cloves garlic
1 red chili or 1 table spoon chili flakes
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon cumin
1 tea spoon coriander seeds
1 tea spoon turmeric
2 table spoons rice flour
2 dl chick pea flour
water

oil to fry in
Peel and chop the garlic and the chili. Grin in a mortal. Add the salt, spices and flour. Add some water to make the batter less thick. Make small bouquets of the cauliflower and dip in the batter. Make sure there are batter on all sides. Fry in oil until golden. Drip off on some paper and sprinkle salt over. Serve with white rice and some mango chutney.
