Carrot patties with hummus

500 g carrots

1 egg

1 dl flour

3 table spoons sesame seeds

1 tea spoon salt

pepper

oil

1 pack preboiled chick peas

1 clove garlic

2 table spoons olive oil

1 tea spoon cumin

Peel and grate the carrots. Mix with egg, flour, salt and pepper. Form small patties and fry on medium heat in a pan. Fry until golden. Mix the chick peas, garlic, olive oil and cumin with a stick mixer. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the carrot patties and hummus with for example couscous and tomatoes.
