Caesar chicken burger (4p)

This is a Caesar salad turned into a burger.
4 chicken thigh filet with the skin
2 table spoons olive oil
1 table spoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 lettuce head
1 dl fried bacon bits
1 dl grated parmesan
1 tea spoon lemon zest
4 hamburger buns
salt and pepper
Dressing
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 slice white bread
1 garlic clove
1 tea spoon vinegar
3 anchovies
1 dl grated parmesan
1 table spoon Dijon mustard
2 tea spoon lemon juice
1 dl olive oil
1 dl neutral oil
Add all the ingrediencies for the dressing except the oil in a mixing bowl. Mix together. Add the oil in small drops to make a mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper. Heat up the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Fry the chicken in a pan golden. Season with salt and pepper. Place the chicken on a tray and sprinkle over the rosemary. Cook in the oven until the chicken is ready. Mix lettuce, bacon and parmesan cheese to a salad. Sprinkle the lemon zest over the chicken. Toast the buns. Serve the chicken in the buns with salad and dressing.
